| Huitong advocates the developmental idea “ People first”. From the very beginning of the company, Huitong always takes training the personnel and exercising the technical team as the aim of the human resourse.
Since the establishment in 1993, Huitong has trained not only a steady polyester engineering technical team for ourselves, but also many plant operation personnel for Chinese polyester vocation.
At present, huitong has about 20 chemical project managers and 100 technicians for different kinds of majors. They are all practical talents with rich engineering experience and they ensure the steady development of Huitong.
According to the demands of the expansion of our business, we employ graduates from different kinds of majors designedly every year and make good preparation for serving the customers better.
